Mind. Body. Spirit. Recovery That Treats All of You.
Substance use and mental health disorders don’t happen in just one part of a person. They affect your body, your mind, your relationships, and your sense of purpose. That’s why Fortify Wellness treats the whole person, pairing evidence-based clinical care with wellness practices that restore balance to every part of your life.
Holistic care here isn’t an add-on. It’s built into the weekly schedule of our PHP, IOP, and OP programs, giving you healthy outlets, new routines, and practical ways to manage stress. These are the things that protect recovery when treatment ends and real life begins.
Whole-person care. Physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual, because they're all connected.
Root causes, not just symptoms. We address the stress, trauma, and disconnection underneath the struggle.
Culturally responsive care. From Wellbriety programming to spiritual support, treatment is built around your identity, not a template.
Active participation. These are practices, not prescriptions, and that ownership builds lasting confidence.
Life beyond treatment. Every practice you learn here is one you can carry home.
Movement, balance, and breath that reduce stress, improve sleep, and rebuild a healthy relationship with your own body in early recovery.
Guided techniques to calm your nervous system, lower anxiety, and manage cravings. Skills you can use anywhere, anytime, for free.
Learn to notice thoughts and urges without being controlled by them. Mindfulness lowers stress and relapse risk, and pairs naturally with CBT and DBT skills.
Substance use depletes the body, and healing requires fuel. Rebuild physical health, stabilize mood and energy, and develop eating habits that support recovery.
Some things are hard to say out loud. Art, music, and expressive writing give you another language for processing emotions and rediscovering joy.
Whatever your beliefs or background, we offer space to explore the spiritual side of healing, in whatever form is authentic to you.
Exercise, structure, and time outdoors are reliable mood stabilizers. We help you build habits that make recovery feel like a lifestyle, not a fight.
Facilitated by licensed clinicians, groups build accountability, connection, and communication skills. They're where many clients discover for the first time that they're not alone.
Fortify Wellness is proud to serve a large Native American community, and we honor that trust by making culturally grounded healing part of our program. We hold regular Wellbriety group meetings, a recovery movement developed by White Bison that weaves Native American cultural teachings, including the Medicine Wheel, together with the 12 Steps. Wellbriety means more than sobriety. It means becoming sober and well in mind, body, spirit, and community.
In the circle, members support one another through shared teachings, storytelling, and traditional values of interconnectedness, addressing not just personal recovery but the historical and intergenerational trauma that so often underlies substance use in Native communities. Participants of all backgrounds are welcome. If you’re seeking treatment that respects your heritage, or you’re a tribal or community organization looking for a treatment partner, we welcome your call.
